The Menu

The Old Salem Tavern features traditional Moravian favorites alongside contemporary fare under the direction of Chef John Deschler, who trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.

Specialties include Sauteed Lobster Crab Cakes and, of course, Moravian Chicken Pie. We use only the freshest ingredients, with breads and muffins, salad dressings and desserts made daily on the premises.
