From Asheville

• Take Interstate Business 40 east to the Old Salem exit (5D) in downtown Winston-Salem.
  
• Take the right fork.
• Continue 4/10 mile to Academy Street, and turn left into Old Salem.
  
• Turn right on Main Street at the Single Brothers House.
  
• Continue 1/10 mile on Main Street, and the Old Salem Tavern is on the right.
