From Lexington

• Take U.S. 52 north to Winston-Salem.
• Take Interstate Business 40 west to the Old Salem exit (5D).
  
• Turn left on First Street, then left (south) on Liberty Street.
  
• Continue south 6/10 mile to Academy Street, and turn left into Old Salem.
  
• Turn right on Main Street at the Single Brothers House.
  
• Continue 1/10 mile on Main Street, and the Old Salem Tavern is on the right.
